Hi, I’m Teresa — an experienced nurse writer who puts empathy first.
For over 40 years, my life’s work as a nurse has centered around healthcare advocacy, patient education, and spiritually-led care for all my clients. I especially have a passion for helping women find healing.

I love to say I’m “a nurse writer with heart” who helps translate complex medical terminology into clear, understandable language and always writes from a place of empathy.

As someone familiar with both sides of healthcare (the caregiver and the care-receiver), I know my lived experiences can help others navigate life a little easier.
